Hair Grow Fast

  • Keep your hair clean.  Wash it at least every alternate day. Dirty hair is greasy and harmful for the scalp and hair.
  • Before you wash your hair, oil it, massage for a few minutes, and leave the oil in for 20 minutes.  Wrap a hot towel around your head to allow pores to open and the oil to seep into the hair roots.  Warm caster oil and olive oil used in alternate oiling is a good combination.
  • Do not comb wet hair. If you have to, use a wide toothed comb.  Do not use a brush as a brush can make it frizzy.
  • If your hair is tangles, wet or dry, begin with combing out the tangles for the bottom and work your way up.
  • When stepping out of home into a dusty environment, tie your hair or at least cover it for protection.
  • Protect your hair from water, such as swimming pool water, except when you are washing it.
  • Protect your hair from direct harsh sunlight that robs your hair of moisture and leaves it dry and brittle.
  • Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and condition it. If you add vinegar or beer in the last rinse, tour hair should become easier to comb.
  • Do not dry your hair with a dryer or fashion with hot irons except very occasionally. Hair dryers dry out the moisture from hair.
