Oregano ( ¼ tsp.)
Chives (dried) ( ¼ tsp.)
Marjoram ( ¼ tsp.)
Balsamic Vinegar ( 3 tbsp.)
Salt
Black Pepper (cracked)
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Take the pork tenderloin out of the original packaging. Rinse under cold water thoroughly.
Step 2
Put the meat in a baking pan that measures 9 x 13. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and all the above spices in a bowl. Use a fork to stir the solution well. Let the spices infuse the oil.
Step 3
Pour the balsamic vinegar mix over the tenderloin. Turn the meat once to ensure that all the surfaces are coated with the mix.
Step 4
Place the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven. You will need to be sure that the meat is not covered when baking in the over. Bake the pork tenderloin for a period of 45 minutes.
Step 5
Take the pork tender loin from the over and cover it. Use aluminum foil to seal the heat in. Allow the tenderloin to rest for at least 10 minutes to 15 minutes. During this time do not slice it. This allows the juices to redistribute themselves throughout the meat. This may make all the difference whether the tenderloin is juicy or dry. After the 15 minutes is up, carve the pork tenderloin at a diagonal angle. Pair the meat with your favorite side or accompanying item.
Suggestions:
Applesauce, rice, mashed potatoes and steamed mixed vegetables go well with the pork tenderloin. You can also pair it with zucchini, steamed carrots or even a fruit topping.
