How to Bake a Chicken ?


Now, have you decided that it’s the perfect time eat some healthy foods and to watch out your cholesterol levels? Do you always feel guilty at the very thought of eating extra fried rice than normal? Just follow this recipe on how to bake chicken so that you’ll have your entire family mouth watering.

Required Ingredients:

A whole chicken with pieces cut or with six pieces, pepper, salt, herbs or Marinade of your choice and olive oil

Required Equipment:

Kitchen oven, Baking dish, Sharp kitchen knife and Meat thermometer

Just before you bake the chicken:

  1. Pre-heat the oven up to 350 degree.
  2. Chicken should be rinsed thoroughly with water.
  3. Each piece of the chicken should be coated with olive oil. Pepper and salt must be sprinkled over each and every piece.
  4. The chicken should be placed in the dish.
  5. (Optional) over each piece of the chicken breast, drizzle the marinade. You can add shrubs such as thyme, oregano or rosemary if you have desired to do so. You can also use fresh or dried herbs depending upon your taste and availability of each herb.

Baking the chicken:

  1. Baking dish should be placed inside the oven and don’t cover it
  2. Bake it for about 1-½ hours at 350 degrees and skin off the golden brown color on it.
  3. Insert the thermometer in each of the chicken breast and is the temperature is about 170 degrees and then it is ready to be removed from the oven.
  4. Cut the chicken breast into deep and checkout if it is pink in color and the juice from chicken is cleared entirely.
  5. Now your chicken is ready to be served and along with do enjoy the great expression of your guests’ faces as they keep on savor your tender along with the tastiest chicken.

Tips:

Be sure that the chicken is completely done to be served. If the chicken is not cooked properly, then it might lead to food poisoning and thus you might stick to tough conditions.

Wash the surfaces with which the raw chicken  has come in contact with using soap and water or else with the diluted solution of bleaches or else with other cleaning agent in order prevent the contamination of many other food stuff with bacteria that might have been present on raw chicken.
