How to Make a Tennis Ball Serve

It requires lots of training and practices in such a way that the player should have thorough knowledge with the bat and the ball and the important things are to serve the tennis ball. Having the skills set one can turn the game towards his direction. Knowing such information’s can make the player to take the lead towards winning the cup.

The below points will teach how to serve the tennis ball to the one who is new to the play:

  • It is very essential thing in holding of the racket. It should be hold tightly in such a way that you hold it as a hammer. Have you ever got chance of holding the hammer ever? If not just find one hammer in the shop nearby and see the grip towards it and get that.
  • Make clear of your position in such a way that you visualize the ball to be got placed well independent of the net to make your move the best. Never think that just hitting the ball is enough in a game over the net. Be sure of the positioning in the court and the net.
  • In case when you are left- handed then just keep your right leg forward in play and while serving the ball. When in the case of right- handed just step forward your left leg and make the serve. This is done vice a versa. Put yourself with rotating the body with full swing covering the all directions. This will make you to play better and serve the ball when your turn comes.
  • Choose your play the style by the way you like and comfort enough, also see towards the reactions and intention of the people around you towards you while playing and act accordingly. Just make the note of others focus towards you.
  • The following sets of instructions are given considering the player with right- handed of play. In case if you are left- handed no problem just follow the steps in opposite to it.
  • Now toss the tennis ball with your left hand upwards, so that make sure that you can’t touch at that instance with your racket. It’s just timing that counts. Before the thrown ball reaches down be ready with the racket to hit the ball to the pointed place that you have set in your mind above the net.
  • Bent your wrist and shoulder perfectly so that it quickly comes back as it hits the ball. Keep practicing and one day you can master it.
