How to Lose Weight Using Law of Attraction


Many people aspire to reach their ideal weight; no wonder weight loss is a billion dollar industry. To lose weight, most people turn to expensive, beautifully packaged weight loss pills, exercise and fitness programs, gym memberships, and diet programs that don’t work. People spend a lot of money on the latest fad and when it wears out, they switch to something new. What most people don’t know is there is a simpler way to lose weight through the use of Law of Attraction.

  • Quit telling yourself that you’re overweight and you promise to lose weight. Words are powerful and attract exactly what you constantly say. Those who keep telling themselves and their friends that they will lose weight tend to attract more weight and actually end up not losing a pound. It will benefit you if you tell yourself that you have an ideal figure, you are sexy, you look great, and you feel great about yourself. These words will motivate you to do the things that will make you lose weight.

  • Start a journal and create a weight loss plan. You can name it “My Weight Loss Plan” and write down the start date of this goal. Writing this down is important so you can review it and be reminded by it anytime. Write down your weight goal vs your current weight, why you want to reach your weight goal and what you would feel if you already attained your ideal weight; list down your action steps to reach the goal, and the last part should be the date when you plan to achieve it.
  • List down some positive and detailed affirmations and read these affirmations daily. You may record these affirmations as an .mp3 and listen to it when you exercise or when you walk. These affirmations should positively remind you of your goals and will keep you going.
  • Stick to your action plan. If in your action plan you enumerated things like, exercise one hour a day, do yoga 30 minutes a day, drink 8 glasses of water a day, go hiking 3x a week, then you must commit to doing these things on their scheduled date. Do this everyday until they become your habits.
  • Don’t be in a hurry. Losing weight through Law of Attraction doesn’t make you skinny in a matter of days. This requires patience, dedication, commitment, and a positive mindset. This process takes time but if you fix your mind to it and you do your plan of action, you will eventually reach your ideal weight.
