How to Install Support Logic Helpdesk through Cpanel

Support Logic Helpdesk is an open source software that allows you to offers your customers with a structured support system. Support Logic Helpdesk offers a control panel for admin, staff and users. Support Logic Helpdesk currently does not have anyone to maintain it. However, the software can be installed and used. Support Logic Helpdesk requires 1 MySQL database and 3.13 MB of disk space on your server.

If you want to install Support Logic Helpdesk through cPanel, follow the instructions below:

On the homepage of your cPanel, click on the Fantastico icon. This will take you to the home page of Fantastico.

Click on Support Logic Helpdesk in the Custoer Relationship section on the left Navigation bar.

Click on New Installation.

Select the domain on which you want to install Support Logic Helpdesk from the Install on domain drop down menu.
If you want to install Support Logic Helpdesk in the root directory of the domain, leave the Install in directory text box empty. If you want to install Support Logic Helpdesk in a directory, enter the directory name. This directory should not be existed. It will be automatically created.

Enter a username in the Administrator-username text box. You need this to enter the Support Logic Helpdesk administration area.

Enter a password in the Password text box. You need this to enter the Help Center Live administration area.

Enter your email address in the Admin e-mail text box.

Select your preferred language from the Preferred Language drop down menu. By default, it is set to the language that display on your cpanel interface.
