How to Get Rid of Arthritis with Home Remedies

Take a potato, don’t peel the skin, and cut it into thin slices. Fill a glass with cold water and place the potato slices in it. Leave it to rest overnight and drink the juice first thing in the morning before eating anything else.

2. Other raw juices can also help treat your arthritis. Prepare a raw green juice from a mixture of carrot, celery and red beet. Drink a cup of raw juice every morning on an empty stomach. 5. Exercise every day. You don’t have to engage in difficult physical exercises, but move your joints for 20 or 30 minutes to avoid stiffness and stop the progression of arthritis. Whatever physical exercising routine you choose, ensure your stretch before starting it to avoid unnecessary injury.

6. Relax as much as possible. Listen to relaxing music, take long warm baths and enjoy time with friends and family. If you keep yourself relaxed and happy, your pain will get better.

7. Try acupuncture. Find a qualified acupuncturist in your area and discuss a treatment plan. Acupuncture, an ancient Chinese medical technique, involves sticking thin needles in the patient’s body along acupuncture meridians. It will boost your immune system, which will help your body fight inflammation. It will also stimulate circulation in your body and help you relax.
