How to Create a User for a MySQL Database

If you want to create a new user for a MySQL database, follow the instructions below:

1. On the homepage of your cPanel, click the MySQL Databases icon under Databases.

2. Under the MySQL Users, enter a username in the Username field.

3. Enter a password in the Password field.

4. Reenter the password in the Password (Again) field.

5. Click on the Create User button.

6. You have successfully created a new user.
