Another key factor is that becoming a vegetarian involves an extra effort into investigating what you eat because you have to look for certain nutrients such as zinc and iron which can be found in meatless diets too.   2. Lacto – They don’t consume eggs, meat, fish or poultry but the do consume dairy based products along with plant-based products.
  3. Ovo-Lacto – They eat eggs, dairy and dairy products but avoid fish, poultry and red mear.
  4. Flexitarians – Also known semi-vegetarians, they eat plant-based meals but occasionally small mounts of fish and poultry.

To become a vegetarian you first have to know what your system needs and you have to listen to your body this will determine what type of vegetarian diet you will choose take up. You have to ask yourself how your metabolism, digestion and brain function is, how your energy level is and from these you have to adjust your diet carefully.
