How to Bake Chicken

There are generally two most popular methods to prepare your chicken in oven. You can bake them as a whole and this is the first method. You can also make them into pieces and then start cooking them which is another method. You can prepare them in any of these methods which you like most. Both the methods bring you a different taste because of the difference in boiling conditions.

While baking them using the first method, you are actually cooking the chicken as a whole. There, you are cleaning the chicken in its outer part alone and placing them as such in the oven. You need to get a good and fresh full chicken for preparing that dish. Then you should clean them with good water and then place them in the oven. You have to use thin layer aluminum foil to cover the surface of chicken while placing it in the oven.

Then start boiling the chicken by keeping the temperature of oven at 400 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. As the chicken is soft when compared to other meat stuffs, it is enough to boil them for few minutes. Then get the chicken out the oven and add taste and flavor to it. You can add some onion, pepper, and salt and color stuffs for adding good taste to the chicken. Then place these in a frying pan and mix them well until getting a good color and smell.

For baking chicken pieces, you need to get the chicken from the market. You can ask the shop owner to give the chicken as pieces. Then clean all the pieces with the clean water by removing the dusts and dirt over them. Then make a paste with salt and pepper and put all the pieces into the mixture. Mix them well so that all the chicken pieces should be applied by that paste. Then place them inside the oven and cook for about 10 minutes.

They are in pieces now and hence they don’t require much time to get boiled. Once they boiled completely, take them out and transfer them into a frying pan. Place all the chicken pieces into the pan and add some olive oil into it for shining and smell. Then cook them in the stove for about 10 minutes so that the extra water in it can be dried out from the chicken.

The chicken pieces are tastier when compared to the whole chicken. In the full chicken, there is no possibility of adding flavors to all its parts. Hence the inner meat tastes less when compared with the outer part. But in pieces, the taste gets spread all over the meat and taste very good.
